Hmmm. I have no money, many books, and no agent or publisher. So far, I really hate self-publishing. Any tips?

It’s definitely not easy. Having worked my way through business school at new and used bookstores I’m definitely familiar with the process. It’s not too bad to get your book available but actually having a lot of sales is very challenging. 80% of books never sell more than 5000 copies and it seems like everything costs money except for some things like social media marketing but it still takes a lot of time. We maintain lists of bookstores in the United States and other target markets but distributing or marketing to them is a service for which we would charge. An agent may be helpful although I would prefer to work with my own organically developed network. Good luck. Hope you find a way to be successful writing!
